At silveriyah, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to provide a satisfying and safe shopping experience. Therefore, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

First: Return Conditions
The product can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, in its original condition with original packaging and all accessories (if any).

Customized products (such as engraving or detailing) cannot be returned.

Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety standards.

The amount will be refunded after the product is inspected and its condition confirmed, within 7 working days, using the same payment method used.

Second: Replacement Conditions
The product can be replaced within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The customer bears the shipping costs back and forth, unless there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).

Custom products or items sold in special offers or sales cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged.
